Join the newly formed BikeAllentown and the Lehigh Wheelmen Association with your family to their monthly EASY bicycle ride and ice cream social.
Allentown is working on ways to make itself more bicycle-friendly. This bike ride is a fun way to engage in that conversation and brainstorming, get a some exercise, see the city and make a few friends.
This fun, easy paced ride through Allentown, leaves at 7 p.m. second Fridays from the Ritz BBQ (at the eastern side of the Allentown Farmers Market in the Allentown Fairgrounds at 17th and Chew).
These rides will take place monthly, so it's July 10th, August 14th and September 11th.
Remember, it's 9 easy miles, ending with ice cream at the Ritz.
The rules to follow so that everyone has a good time:
Children must wear helmets. Adults should wear helmets. Riders are to obey all traffic rules. Tail lights are recommended. Please arrive by 6:45 p.m. If there is heavy rain, the ride will be canceled.

Thank you Joyce for joining BikeAllentown on our Friday evening ride. Wasn't it nice to ride the streets of Allentown and take in the sights as we rode through the downtown neighborhoods? Certainly a good time was had by all of us. Hope you can join us next time.
