eGov improvements in Allentown!
Recently, the Allentown Parking Authority made significant upgrades to its web site, making it one of the best eGovernment portals in Lehigh County. Best of all the improvements is the ability to pay your parking tickets online. Normally, AGN would encourage you to make the trip downtown, but in this case we will look the other way. Check the site out at allentownparking.org

Wow, very impressed with the look and functionality of the site.
The overall tone of voice and written message could be improved a bit. Parking Authorities aren't really viewed as the friendliest things around. The message on the home page is an opportunity to improve that.
Suggested improvements included, I give it a solid A- !
