Over the last several months, developer Mike Savage has been hard at work converting the old P&P Mill Building to 64 luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. This week they opened with a ribbon cutting! You have to see these to believe them. High ceilings, great light, stainless kitchen appliances and washer dryers in the units, plus storage.
I felt badly that I didn't have my camera with me at the ribbon cutting on Thursday. I'll take some pictures and post them later.
Fortunately, WFMZ was there and they had a camera. Click here for WFMZ story.

I drive up American Parkway frequently on my way to Elias Market. They've really done a nice job with that building. Looks great. I hope they can rent the units.
